“The importance of having food fairs especially in a place like Stratford, it's so close to the farmers, so close to the producers, and so close to where we're trying to get back to.
Nothing really compares to this in terms of the attention to detail and the reality of bringing farmers, producers artists and artisans to the front page and getting them known and getting them to talk to each other. Everybody knows each other here and it's great. There's a real sense of community and you really feel it.
It's fun to come to Stratford to see that there's actually a real giant step in the right direction.”
